Throughout the years, our client has invested in developing quality parts, components, and vehicle technologies resulting in a reputation for being incredibly reliable from a mechanical perspective.

About the role:  

As a Warranty Administrator, you will be part of the National Operations Team, responsible for administrating warranty claims in Australia and New Zealand, specifically pre-approval warranty claims. Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

• Administering warranty claims across both Australian and New Zealand dealer networks
• Maintaining good public relations with Dealers, Manufacturers and Customers
• Maintaining prompt and accurate processing of all warranty claims
• Continually identify opportunities for process improvement ensuring processes are cost effective and efficient

About you:

• Experience in a similar warranty or case management role
• Automotive technical knowledge highly regarded, with Mechanical Trade Qualification extremely desirable 
• Automotive or Dealership experience highly regarded
• Ability to problem solve and take initiative
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Experience in working well under pressure and multi-tasking
• Strong computer literacy
