About the role

As a Chef de Partie, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality dishes while supporting the day-to-day operation of the kitchen. Working alongside experienced chefs, you'll help maintain consistency, quality and efficiency during service.

What we're looking for

• Previous restaurant experience is essential

• Experience running your own section in a high-volume kitchen

• Passion for quality food and attention to detail

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Availability to work a rotating roster, including evenings and weekends
