As we continue to expand and evolve, we're looking for a National Account Manager - Supermarkets to join our Supply Chain team and help drive the next chapter of Grill’d's retail growth.

About the Role

Reporting to the GM of Supply Chain, this role will play a key part in growing Grill’d’s expanding FMCG portfolio across major supermarket channels.

With our delicious patties and famous sauces already available nationally in Coles, and exciting expansion opportunities ahead, you’ll take ownership of key customer relationships, drive commercial performance and help unlock new growth opportunities across our retail business.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with experience in the FMCG or grocery sector who is hungry for greater ownership and ready to take the lead on their own range. You’ll build influential customer relationships, gain exposure to senior leaders and work directly with some of Australia’s largest retailers.

You’ll thrive in this role if you understand the pace and complexity of major retail environments and enjoy building relationships, analysing performance, identifying opportunities and balancing commercial outcomes with sustainable, long-term growth.

• Fuel Growth: Help grow Grill’d's retail portfolio across major supermarket customers, ensuring our products continue landing in more trolleys and more homes across Australia.
• Build Relationships That Stick: Develop strong partnerships with customers, manufacturers and internal teams to keep everyone moving in the same direction.
• Turn Sales into Profitable Success: Manage promotions, pricing, margins and performance, making sure we're not just selling more burgers and sauces, but growing sustainably and profitably.
• Dig Into the Data: Analyse scan data, sales performance and market trends to uncover opportunities, influence decisions and keep us ahead of the competition.
• Keep Things Running Smoothly: Work closely with manufacturers and supply chain partners to ensure our products are always ready to hit the shelves when customers are craving them.
• Spot the Next Big Opportunity: Support category reviews, ranging opportunities and new customer growth as we continue to expand our retail footprint.

You'll also spend time working alongside our restaurant teams as part of your onboarding, giving you first-hand insight into the operations, people and culture that drive Grill’d's success.

Who We're Looking For:

• You’ve Got the Foundations: You’ve built solid experience within FMCG, grocery or consumer goods, ideally across account management, category, buying or commercial roles.
• You Understand Major Retail: You’ve had exposure to partnering with Coles, Woolworths or another major retailer and understand how to navigate customer relationships, promotional programs and category cycles.
• Ready for More Ownership: You might currently be an Assistant National Account Manager, Account Executive, Category Analyst or Buyer looking for a bigger seat at the table and the chance to make a genuine impact.
• Commercially Curious: You enjoy understanding what drives sales, margins and promotional performance and are always looking for ways to improve results.
• Opportunity Spotter: You don’t wait for things to happen. You’re naturally curious, proactive and always asking, “How can we do this better?”
• Data Doesn’t Scare You: You’re comfortable diving into sales reports, scan data and customer insights, then turning what you find into action.
