Our highly skilled team at Cockburn Medical Centre is driven not only by helping people feel better but also by empowering them to live healthier, fuller lives. Our dedicated and caring team includes 17 Doctors, a Dietitian, Podiatrist, Counsellor, 4 Nurses, 7 Receptionists, and our Practice Managers. We are a fully computerised practice using Best Practice software.

The Role

We are looking for someone who values teamwork and has a high regard for quality patient care.

You will work closely with our doctors and clinical team to ensure the smooth and professional day-to-day operation of the clinic.

Reception staff provide a high standard of customer service and administrative support to both patients and doctors.

Tasks include but are not limited to:

• Providing high quality reception and secretarial services to our patients, doctors, and staff.

• Greeting patients and visitors in person and on the phone.

• Booking appointments for patients.

• General office and administrative duties.

About you:

• Strong communication and IT skills.

• Previous medical receptionist experience (advantageous).

• Ability to multitask.

• The ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

• Experience using Best Practice software (advantageous).

• Critical attention to detail.

• Experience in customer service.

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.

• Available to open and close as required.

• Available to work Saturday's (on a rotational basis).
