About the Role:

We have an exciting opportunity to join the Perth team as an experienced Electrician. This full-time role is suited to someone with a solid background in the repair and maintenance of mobile plant and equipment. The position also offers ongoing training and development opportunities in maintaining our power generation assets. Project-based site work and travel are required.

Key Responsibilities of the Role:

• Accountable for the effective maintenance and repair of equipment.
• Carry out test and tagging as required/schedule
• Ability to read electrical drawing
• Assist with installations, servicing and repairs in the field as required
• Site installation/commissioning and decommission as and when required
• Offshore, intra and interstate travel for project-based work

Skills and Experience:

Essential           

• Current LR class Driver’s Licence
• Electrical Trade Certificate
• Well-developed communication skills
• Attention to detail and adaptable to changing work environments
• Ability to follow directions
• Team player with a safety-first approach
• National Police Clearance
• Desirable Experience in power generation including small to medium power station installations
• Experience in the Rental, Mining, Construction or Heavy industries
• Knowledge or experience on Telemetry and remote monitoring systems
• Working at heights
• Senior First AID and CPR
