About the College
The Australasian College for Emergency Medicine (ACEM) is a not-for-profit organisation responsible for the training, assessment and continuing professional development of emergency physicians as well as the advancement of professional standards in emergency medicine in Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand.

The Position
This 0.6 FTE role is to cover parental leave for a period of 9 months. The Lead, Education Standards and Partnerships is responsible for coordinating education and training projects and initiatives.
The key responsibilities include:
Coordinating the development and implementation of education-related deliverables, in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
Plan, draft, review and implement education policies, processes and documentation.
Analyse data to include in reports and documentation for relevant committees.
Contribute to Education project plans, briefings, reports, correspondence and presentations.
Schedule, organise and provide advice for meetings, briefings and presentations for the Education Strategy and Development Working Groups and other allocated entities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and distribute agendas, reports, correspondence, supporting papers, minutes and action items for the Education Strategy and Development Working Groups and other allocated entities.
Coordinate online and face-to-face workshops including advertising, registration and follow up.
Skills and Attributes
Essential
Tertiary qualification in health, education or a related discipline.
Strong experience providing a range of administrative support services, particularly in education.
Highly developed written communication skills, including preparing and editing correspondence, communications, presentations and reports with strong attention to detail.
Experience in committee or project reference group administration including scheduling, minute taking, drafting agendas and compiling action lists.
Excellent interpersonal skills demonstrating confidentiality, reliability, and experience dealing with a wide range of stakeholders at different levels.
Excellent planning, time management and organisational skills including the ability to work in a flexible and evolving environment across multiple projects and manage conflicting timeframes.
Desirable
Knowledge of project management methodology.
