Powder Coater

Etch Coatings is a leading industrial coatings business based in Wangara and part of the Simmonds Group. We are a registered applicator in powder coating and a preferred applicator in industrial coatings, delivering high-quality coating solutions across a range of industries

We are seeking an experienced Powder Coater to join our team. This is a workshop-based position suitable for someone with experience in powder coating and industrial coating processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing various materials for coating including steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.

• Powder coating components to required quality standards.

• Operating and assisting with paint line processes.

• Packing and loading finished products.

• Loading and unloading trucks.

• Completing basic paperwork.

• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

• Other duties as required.

About You

• Experience in all aspects of Powder Coating and/or Industrial Coatings.

• Experience with surface preparation of various materials including steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Be motivated, reliable, and able to work as part of a team.

• Forklift experience (preferred).

• Ability to follow safety procedures and workplace standards.

• Long-term commitment to the role.
