Junior Project Engineer - E&I

Monadelphous is seeking a Junior E&I Project Engineer to join our Engineering and Construction division to support our current and upcoming projects across Mining, Oil & Gas, Power Generation and Wind.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager to ensure project objectives are met on time with respect to cost, safety and quality
• Liaise with client representatives and deliver to meet their requirements

• Manage the interface between the engineering and project delivery teams to maintain compliance with the specifications, schedules and contract
• Manage and supervise the resolution of technical queries as required

What you’ll bring:

• Experience working in an on-site project engineering or coordination position for large-scale resources construction/maintenance projects
• An Australia recognised, tertiary qualification in Engineering or Trade Certificate
• Clear technical skills with demonstrated capability in commercials, budgets/construction metrics and change management 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills paired with strong interpersonal skills
