Bartender

The Waterside Hotel is a six-level hospitality destination in the heart of Melbourne CBD. From after work knockoffs and long lunches to special dinners, celebrations, late nights and events, there is always something happening.

We are looking for Bartenders who know their way around a bar, can pour a decent beer, shake a few tins and keep their cool when the bar is six deep.

At The Waterside, no two shifts are the same. With multiple bars, dining spaces, events and rooftop, you'll gain experience across one of Melbourne's most dynamic venues while working alongside talented hospitality leaders and a team that genuinely backs each other.

What you'll need

• Previous experience in a fast-paced bar or hospitality environment

• Valid RSA and DoFoodSafely certificates

• Flexible availability across a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends
