With exciting new projects underway and a strategic goal of organic growth,  we’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic and forward-thinking team to support our objective.

The Role:

As a Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in producing accurate project estimates and competitive tenders. You’ll be involved in all stages of the estimating process, from budget preparation to final submission, and will be expected to identify risks and opportunities to support successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strong leadership and motivator of the project team with a non-adversarial approach

• Ability to develop a positive working relationship with client, project team and subcontractors

• Comprehension of building costs

• Progress claim preparation

• Working knowledge of building industry contracts

• Chairing site meetings

• Management and tracking of project expenditure, including subcontractor claims and supplier invoices

• Preparation of scopes of work and analysis of supplier/subcontractor packages, including negotiations.

• Maintain a collaborative and solutions-focused approach

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a PM managing commercial building projects valued at $5M+

• Strong understanding of construction methods, building processes, and cost structures

• Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills

• Familiarity with OH&S and quality systems

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• A proactive, methodical, and practical approach to problem-solving
