About the RoleThis position is responsible for coordinating projects from the time an order is confirmed until the project has been successfully completed.You will become the communication hub between customers, builders, cabinet makers, suppliers, factory staff, site measurers and installation teams.Your goal is to ensure every project progresses smoothly, efficiently and professionally while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject CoordinationManage projects from order confirmation through final completionCoordinate customer communication throughout the projectSchedule site measurementsCoordinate production and installation schedulesMonitor project progress and milestonesMaintain accurate project records
Production CoordinationCoordinate daily production priorities with the factoryMonitor manufacturing progressEnsure approved drawings and information are released to productionTrack production deadlinesCoordinate urgent projects
Installation CoordinationSchedule installation appointmentsCoordinate installation teamsPrepare installation documentationConfirm site readinessAssist installers with project informationCoordinate return visits where required
Customer ServiceMaintain regular communication with customersProvide project updatesManage schedule changesResolve customer enquiries professionallyDeliver excellent customer service throughout every project
Documentation & WorkflowUpdate internal project management systemsCoordinate drawings and customer approvalsMaintain production schedulesPrepare weekly workflow reportsTrack project status from start to finish
Defects & WarrantyCoordinate defect inspectionsArrange repairs and remakesSchedule warranty workTrack outstanding defectsCoordinate return visitsMaintain defect registersEnsure all issues are resolved professionally
