What is the Temporary Employment Register?

The Temporary Employment Register provides an opportunity for potential applicants to register a general expression of interest for employment with the Commission.

The register enables the Commission to access appropriately skilled and experienced applicants at short notice for temporary (non-ongoing) employment.

• APS4 Assistant Agreements Officer & APS5 Agreements Officer
  (VIC & NSW)
• APS5 Associate
  (VIC, NSW, QLD, ACT, SA & WA)
• APS5 Research Officer
  (VIC & NSW)
• EL1 Conciliator
  (VIC, NSW, QLD, ACT, SA, WA & TAS)

Eligibility

• The Fair Work Commission requires Australian citizenship as a condition of engagement.
• To be eligible for employment with the Commission, successful applicants must also undergo and satisfy an Australian National Police Check.
• Applicants must satisfy any mandatory qualification requirements if applicable to the position.

The Commission’s Temporary Employment Register will remain active for twelve months, after which time you will need to renew your registration by re-applying, if you wish to remain active.

All registered applicants will receive a reminder renewal registration email before the Register expires.
