About the Role Roll’d is looking for an experienced and proactive IT Operations Manager to lead and oversee our day-to-day IT operations across the business. This role is responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of our IT infrastructure while driving continuous improvement and supporting business growth.As the IT Operations Manager, you will manage IT systems, vendors, projects, and support services, ensuring technology solutions align with business objectives and provide an exceptional experience for our teams.
ResponsibilitiesOversee the daily operation and performance of all IT systems, networks, and infrastructure.Manage and maintain cybersecurity practices, data protection, and system compliance.Lead IT support services, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.Develop and implement procedures, and best practices.Manage relationships with external IT vendors and service providers.Lead IT projects, including system upgrades, implementations, and process improvements.Monitor system performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reliability.Ensure business continuity and disaster recovery plans are maintained and tested.Provide leadership, coaching, and support to the IT team and wider business.
About YouProven experience in an IT Operations Manager or similar leadership role.Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity.Experience managing third-party vendors and service providers.Strong project management and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.The ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Relevant tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).Relevant industry or cybersecurity certifications (desirable).
