Veterinary Nurse

Riverton Rossmoyne Veterinary Hospital is a well-established, family-owned and run small animal practice. We have a fantastic opportunity for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our friendly, down-to-earth team! You will work closely with our vets with hands-on involvement across an interesting and varied caseload. The position may be full time or part time (hours negotiable) and pay is above-award based on experience.

About you

• Has a Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing and is registered with the VPBWA.

• Is committed to providing a high standard of veterinary care.

• Enjoys building strong, lasting relationships with clients and their pets.

• Has excellent customer service skills.

• Shows initiative and works well as part of the team.

• Enjoys the variety of general practice and rotating through reception, surgical nursing and float nurse roles.

• Is confident with anaesthetic monitoring, surgical nursing and caring for hospitalised patients.

• General practice experience is preferred, but recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
