Project Manager – Installation Technician

About the role:  

This full-time opportunity offers a challenging, autonomous, and rewarding role located in Knoxfield, you will be reporting to the National Project Manager. As the Project Manager, you will: 

• Scope, estimate and plan projects in collaboration with the Sales and Technical teams. 
• Personally install, configure, commission and integrate industrial coding, marking and automation equipment at customer sites.  
• Conduct on-site testing, fault finding and troubleshooting to resolve technical issues during installation and commissioning. 
• Deliver operator and maintenance training to customers and provide technical training to Field Service Engineers where required. 
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and verify all system functionality meets customer requirements. 
• Build strong customer relationships by delivering technically sound, high-quality project outcomes with a strong focus on safety, quality and customer satisfaction. 

About you: 

• 5+ years in integrated electro/mechanical systems 
• 3+ years hardware installation and software commissioning 
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills 
• Microsoft Office proficiency; ERP experience (Dynamics preferred) 
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
