Senior Business Services Manager - Gladesville 4 days part time

About us

We are a small tax & advisory boutique firm seeking an enthusiastic and experienced business services manager who is looking for an interesting client and technical work mix.

Qualifications & experience

• CA/CPA qualified with 4-5 years' experience in a CA environment with a minimum 1-3 years in a manager role responsible for a portfolio of clients & staff

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with staff and clients

• Must have initiative and be an analytical thinker with a commercial approach

• Experience in managing, training and delegating to team members with exceptional work flow management

• Strong tax and accounting technical skills - advisory experience in trusts, companies & SMSFs essenital

• Ability to learn new systems and software

• Experience with Handisoft (or similar PM software) and Xero preferred, strong excel skills

• Bachelor of Accounting, Commerce, Finance or Business, ideally with a major in Accounting

• CPA or CA qualified

• Eligible to work in Australia

Tasks & responsibilities

• Work in small friendly team environment

• Manage & control a diverse and interesting SME client base

• Work is a mix of advisory, tax & accounting for all entities

Benefits

• Attractive salary $160,000 - $170,000 plus super pro rata 4 days or hourly rate and we are flexible with hours but require a minimum of 4 days work per week
