Procurement Manager

We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Procurement Manager to oversee procurement activities and help drive value, efficiency and strong supplier relationships across the business.

What You’ll Do

Develop and implement effective procurement strategiesManage supplier relationships, negotiations and performanceIdentify cost-saving and process improvement opportunitiesSource and evaluate products, services and suppliersNegotiate pricing, contracts and commercial agreementsMonitor purchasing activity to ensure value and complianceWork closely with internal departments to understand procurement requirementsMaintain accurate procurement records and reportingIdentify and manage potential supply and procurement risksDrive continuous improvement across procurement processes

About You

Previous experience in procurement, purchasing or supply chain managementStrong commercial and negotiation skillsExcellent communication and relationship management abilitiesStrong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlinesExperience managing suppliers and commercial agreementsStrong attention to detail and a proactive approachExperience within the automotive industry is advantageousAustralian working rights
