The Meat & Wine Co Circular Quay is looking for experienced and dedicated Hosts to become part of their professional and hard-working team.

The successful applicants will have:

• A minimum of 1 years' experience in guest services within the restaurant, hotel or tourism industry

• Experience in function booking and coordination (SevenRooms) or ResDiary

• Previous experience in an A La Carte environment an advantage

• Cash handling experience

• Advanced verbal and written communication skills

• A genuine passion for food, people and the overall hospitality experience

• Current RSA

• Impeccable presentation, hygiene and grooming standards

• Attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast paced environment

• Flexible availability over a 7-day rotating roster
