Accommodation Manager - Rockhampton

Opportunity to manage and operate a 45 room Motel in Rockhampton, exciting times with rooms being currently refreshed and new bar and restaurant in progress. It is part of the Star Group business. We are open to a couple managing the property.

What You'll Be Doing:

In this role, you will lead and oversee all aspects of the resort, with a strong focus on guest experience, team development, and operational excellence.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

• Managing day-to-day hotel operations

• Leading and mentoring the team to deliver outstanding guest experiences

• Supporting recruitment, training, and team development

• Ensuring property presentation and standards are consistently high

• Driving top-line revenue and achieving financial targets

• Building strong, professional relationships with residents and staff

• Identifying and implementing service and performance improvements aligned with business goals

• Experience in Guest Experience and Accommodation Services

• Relevant industry experience is essential
