All staff are carefully vetted, appropriately certified, and committed to using current best practices to help people living with disabilities build capacity and skills.Role Description: The Client Liaison Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Welland. This position is responsible for serving as a primary point of contact for NDIS participants, families, and support networks, ensuring enquiries are managed promptly and respectfully. Daily tasks include coordinating appointments and schedules, maintaining accurate participant records, and communicating updates between Therapy Assistants/Mentors, Allied Health Professionals, and clients. The role involves monitoring client satisfaction, resolving issues, and supporting a positive client experience from onboarding through ongoing service delivery. The Client Liaison Coordinator also collaborates with internal teams to streamline processes, uphold compliance requirements, and contribute to service improvements.QualificationsStrong communication and interpersonal skills to support clear, respectful interactions with clients, families, and team members.Demonstrated customer service and customer experience skills, with a focus on responsiveness and client-centered support.Organization skills and attention to detail to manage schedules, documentation, and multiple client needs simultaneously.Ability to monitor and enhance customer satisfaction, including addressing concerns and implementing feedback.Experience in disability services, community services, or healthcare coordination is highly regarded.Knowledge of or willingness to learn about the NDIS framework and person-centered practice.Proficiency in basic digital tools and client management systems.Relevant skills or experience in Human Services, Administration, or a related field are desirable.
