Classification grade: Clerk Grade 5/6Salary: $102,936- $113,579 p.a. base salary (employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading is paid in addition to the base salary.)Work type: Full-Time – 35 hours per week - ongoingWork location: Our primary place of work is located at 252 Pitt Street, Sydney.
About the role
As the Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will play a key role in attracting and securing talent that supports the ongoing success of our organisation. You will partner with hiring managers to deliver efficient, high-quality recruitment solutions, providing expert advice and guidance throughout the recruitment lifecycle. You will also coordinate advertising, candidate sourcing, interviews, assessments and pre-employment processes.
This role is ideal for a results-driven recruitment professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, building strong stakeholder relationships and delivering high-quality outcomes. You will bring solid organisational skills, sound judgement and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a focus on continuous improvement and the candidate experience.

Essential requirements
• Demonstrated experience working in an in-house recruitment environment• Demonstrated experience in the use of eRecruitment and Human Resources Information Systems

Has demonstrate experience delivering end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities within a busy in-house recruitment environment.Is proficient in eRecruitment and HR systems, preferably SuccessFactors, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.Builds strong relationships and provides professional, customer-focused support to candidates, hiring managers and other stakeholders.Effectively manages multiple priorities, delivers outcomes within tight timeframes and adapts to changing business needs.Communicates confidently and professionally with a diverse range of stakeholders, including senior leaders and candidates.Values diversity and inclusion and is committed to delivering a positive, accessible and inclusive candidate experience.
