About The Opportunity

We are currently seeking an experienced Civil Excavator Operator to join our Infrastructure Services team in Hendra. This is a hands-on role that offers plenty of variety both on and off the machine.

You’ll be working on a range of civil electrical infrastructure projects and will play an important part in delivering high-quality outcomes for our clients.

Your duties will include:

Excavating for pit and pipe installationsTrenching, final trim, and working around live servicesPit and conduit installationGeneral labouring and concretingPipe layingAssisting with other site duties as required

We’re looking for a reliable, safety-conscious operator who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a team. You’ll need to be flexible, proactive, and ready to roll up your sleeves when needed.

You’ll have:

Valid excavator licence with 3+ years of experienceStrong experience working around live servicesElectrical or NBN civil infrastructure knowledgeAny Energex accreditations (highly regarded)Additional tickets (e.g., confined space, dogging) are an advantageWillingness to work day or night shifts as requiredA great attitude, strong communication skills, and commitment to teamwork
