As our Quality Officer, you will:
Gain broad experience across quality control, quality assurance, GMP systems, audits and investigations.
Work closely with production and warehouse teams - not remain behind a desk all day.
Contribute ideas and help identify practical improvements.
Join a supportive, close-knit team.
Work consistent weekday hours.
Finish at 11.45 am every Friday.
Our working hours are:
Monday to Thursday: 6.45 am to 3.30 pm
Friday: 6.45 am to 11.45 am
This is a permanent, full-time onsite role based at Acacia Ridge.

The difference you will makeReporting to the Product Quality Manager, you will help ensure our materials, processes, records and products meet approved specifications and Good Manufacturing Practice requirements.
Your responsibilities will include:
Inspecting incoming raw materials, packaging and printed components.
Maintaining accurate, complete and traceable quality records.
Coordinating external chemical and microbiological testing.
Trend environmental monitoring data.
Maintaining records relating to deviations, non-conformances, CAPA, complaints, change control, supplier assurance and GMP training.
Preparing and reviewing controlled documents, specifications, procedures, forms and registers.
Supporting investigations, risk assessments, validation activities and product quality reviews.
Conducting scheduled internal audits and helping keep the site inspection-ready.
Supporting employees across production and warehouse areas with practical GMP guidance.
Assisting the Product Quality Manager with GMP oversight and other quality activities.
You will be well suited to this role if you have:
A relevant qualification or equivalent demonstrated experience in chemistry, microbiology, pharmaceutical science, materials science or a related field.
Experience in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment, or a sound understanding of GMP requirements that you are ready to apply.
Knowledge of quality control, controlled documentation, deviations, non-conformances, CAPA and audits.
Strong attention to detail and pride in producing accurate, timely work.
Sound judgement and the confidence to raise quality concerns respectfully.
Clear communication and a collaborative working style.
Good organisational and digital skills.
Experience with NetSuite or another electronic quality or business system will be well regarded.
Experience in non-sterile medicines, topical products, cosmetics, complementary medicines, internal auditing, root-cause analysis, validation, calibration or data integrity would also be an advantage.
