Security Technician

Who we are:Zubix Security is a retail-sector specialist in electronic security, delivering CCTV, access control and integrated security solutions for major shopping centres across Australia.
What we are looking for:We're looking for a Security Technician to service and maintain systems across our retail client portfolio in NSW and surrounding areas.
What you'll do: In this role you'll troubleshoot, service and maintain installed security systems at client sites, working to jobs assigned by the Service Manager. You'll be expected to deliver to agreed timeframes and standards, and in line with Zubix's WHS policies.
What you will need:Minimum 2 years hands-on experience with Integriti and Milestone understanding of IP CCTV systems and integrationWorking knowledge of TCP/IP networking fundamentalsComfortable working independently and under pressure to meet SLAsStrong communication, time management and organisational skills
Nice to have (not required) Experience with other platforms is a bonus but not necessary — we'll back your Integriti/Milestone expertise either way.
