Property Valuer

The RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a Certified Practising Qualified Valuer to join one of Australia’s most reputable Valuations businesses.
You will be working alongside exceptional Valuers who are widely recognised in the industry producing high-quality reports for some of the biggest names in the industry! What will you do?Think of a day-to-day that looks like this:Attending property inspections and client meetings.Undertaking online title and town planning searches.Liaising with sales and leasing agents and collecting property data.Comprehensive property sales analyses.Undertaking financial analysis and calculations.Compiling valuation reports and client presentations.Providing support to other team members in servicing client requirements as required.Managing your own budget.Liaising with clients and seeking feedback.Completing valuation and advisory tasks independently, adhering to the company’s standards at all times.Producing detailed, high-quality reports.
About YouYou are excellent at report writing, tackling problems head-on, and bringing that 'can-do' attitude to everything you do. Your positive attitude and professional manner are unmatched, and your commitment to great customer service sets the bar high. You have strong communication skills and can easily develop strong relationships with people at all levels.
You have a high degree of self-motivation and an ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. You are proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Estate Master, and have strong analytical skills.
You have a current API Membership with Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) status and full working rights.
