What You’ll Be Doing

Welcome & Arrival Experience

Deliver a warm, professional welcome to all guestsManage guest registration and visitor recordsOversee meeting room bookingsProvide support for onsite events

Share & Communicate

Manage shared inboxes and respond to general enquiriesAnswer incoming calls and provide directions or assistanceCommunicate clearly with internal teams and visitors

Collaborate & Support

Coordinate inventory and suppliesAssist with invoicing and ad hoc administrative tasksSupport catering and event requirementsEnsure meeting rooms are reset, refreshed, and ready for use
