Aspire Early Education & Kindergarten is excited to be opening our brand-new Aintree service, and we’re looking for an experienced and passionate Educational Leader to join our foundation leadership team.

About Our New Aintree Service

Our brand-new Aintree service has been purpose-built to provide an exceptional early learning experience for children, families and educators.

Featuring beautiful indoor and outdoor learning environments, premium resources and thoughtfully designed spaces, the service has been created to support children to Connect. Learn. Grow.

As an Educational Leader joining our foundation team, you’ll have a unique opportunity to influence the service from the ground up. You’ll help establish strong educational practices, build educator capability and create a culture where children, families and educators feel a genuine sense of belonging.

About The Role

As the Educational Leader at Aintree, you’ll play a critical role in establishing and maintaining high-quality educational practice across the service.

Working collaboratively with the Centre Manager and Leadership Team, you’ll coach and mentor educators, guide curriculum development and embed a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement.

Lead and establish high-quality educational programs across all roomsCoach, mentor and support educators to build their capability and confidenceGuide curriculum planning, documentation and reflective practiceEmbed Aspire’s Connect. Learn. Grow. philosophy across the serviceSupport educators to develop meaningful learning experiences that respond to children's interests, strengths and individual goalsEnsure educational practice aligns with the National Quality Framework (NQF)Drive continuous improvement and support the service to achieve strong quality outcomesBuild strong, respectful relationships with children, families and educatorsPartner closely with the Centre Manager to establish a positive, collaborative and high-performing team cultureSupport the successful opening of the service and its ongoing growth and development

About You

You’re a confident, inspiring and collaborative educational leader who is excited by the opportunity to build something special from the ground up.

You Will Bring

An ACECQA-approved Diploma or higher qualificationA Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent is highly regardedPrevious experience as an Educational Leader, preferably within a medium to large serviceStrong knowledge of the EYLF, VEYLDF, National Quality Framework and contemporary early childhood practiceA coaching and mentoring leadership styleThe ability to establish consistent, high-quality educational practices across a serviceStrong understanding of curriculum planning, documentation and reflective practiceExcellent communication, organisation and relationship-building skillsA genuine passion for supporting educators to grow and developA commitment to child safety, inclusion and creating environments where every child can thriveCurrent Working with Children CheckCurrent Police CheckCurrent First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications
