Customer Service & Administration Officer

Eazy Gleam is a proudly Australian-owned manufacturer of automotive and commercial cleaning products. We're a small, close-knit team based in Coopers Plains, and we're looking for a confident and capable Customer Service & Administration Officer to join us.

This is a varied role at the centre of our day-to-day operations. You'll be one of the main points of contact for our customers while also helping keep the administration side of the business running smoothly.

We're looking for someone with a good foundation in customer service and administration who enjoys variety, is comfortable learning new things and is happy working as part of a small team.

We'll provide plenty of support while you learn our products, customers and systems.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Answering incoming calls, emails and customer enquiries

• Processing customer orders and invoices

• Following up customer enquiries and requests for quotation

• Liaising with our sales, warehouse and production teams

• General accounts administration, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

• Data entry and maintaining business records

• Assisting with basic bookkeeping and reconciliations

• Looking after our small on-site shopfront

• General office administration and other day-to-day tasks as required

As with most roles in a small business, there's plenty of variety and everyone helps out when needed.

You'll ideally have:

• Previous experience in administration, customer service or a similar office-based role

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Good organisation and attention to detail

• Confidence dealing with customers by phone and email

• Experience with accounting, CRM or business software

• Basic bookkeeping or accounts administration experience

• Good general computer skills and the ability to pick up new systems

• A practical, positive approach and willingness to help where needed

Experience in a small business, manufacturing, wholesale or a product-based environment would be helpful, but isn't essential.

More importantly, we're looking for someone who is a good fit for our team and has the skills and attitude to grow into the role.
