Are you ready to lead a high-performing dental team with one of Australia's leading cosmetic and implant dentistry providers?

We're seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Team Leader to join our friendly and professional team at My Implant Dentist, Perth CBD. This is a Full-Time opportunity offering long-term growth, hands-on leadership experience, and a clear career pathway within the exciting field of cosmetic and implant dentistry.

We also have secondary Dental Assistant opportunities available at our Winthrop Village Dental Centre and Belmont Dental Surgery clinics, with regular relief shifts available across our wider group as part of this exciting growth phase.

About the Role

As Clinical Team Leader, you'll play a key role in guiding our clinical team while ensuring every patient receives a seamless, positive experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading, supporting, and mentoring the clinical team, including Dental Assistants

• Overseeing chairside assistance during a variety of procedures

• Ensuring instruments and treatment rooms meet top-tier infection control and sterilisation standards

• Delivering professional, compassionate support to patients

• Coordinating clinical supplies, rostering, and day-to-day workflow across the clinic

• Acting as a key point of contact between clinical staff and management

• Supporting relief coverage across our wider group of clinics as needed

You'll also have the opportunity to build on your leadership and clinical skills in a fast-paced, professional environment, with the option to pick up relief shifts at our Winthrop Village and Belmont clinics.

Previous experience in a dental clinical leadership or senior Dental Assistant role is essential. A Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting is required.

For our secondary Dental Assistant roles at Winthrop Village Dental Centre and Belmont Dental Surgery, previous experience is desirable but not essential — full training will be provided, and a Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting is a bonus.
