Lead and develop the warehouse and inventory team, with shared oversight of the Sales Administration function responsible for stock purchasing
Uphold WHS, quality (ISO 9001) and a Safety-First culture across all operations
What You’ll Bring
Minimum 5 years' experience in a procurement, supply chain or operations management role within mining, resources or a closely related sector
Qualification in supply chain, logistics, business or a related discipline (or equivalent industry experience)
Proven experience importing from overseas suppliers, including freight, container logistics and customs
Strong commercial acumen and analytical thinking across supplier negotiation, cost performance and inventory in a multi-site environment
Proven ability to identify and implement process and cost-saving improvements
A confident people leader who sets clear standards and develops team capability
Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively across operational, technical and management levels
Proficiency with ERP or inventory management systems and Microsoft 365
