Engineer - Identity and Access Management (SailPoint)

The Identity and Access Management team are responsible for the management of the technologies and services that deliver Workforce Identity Management, Privileged Access Management and Identity Governance and Administration capabilities for the enterprise.

In this role you will deliver and maintain Identity and Access platforms that specifically provide Identity Governance and Administration services and will work with the broader team to continuously uplift and improve these services. Your remit will include working with our key technology and risk customers to understand and deliver on Identity Governance and Administration requirements that address access risk and further secure our environment.

In this role you'll get to…

• Be responsible for the end-to-end management of Identity Governance and Administration systems and services including overall technical health and vitality.
• Deliver new capabilities into the organisation and support remediation of governance and provisioning challenges.
• Provide input into investment recommendations and solution roadmaps.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure consistent and effective communications and delivery of value.
• Support On-Call or provide out of hours support or maintenance as required to maintain or evolve the health and vitality of Identity systems and services.
• Maintain and upskill your technical knowledge and productivity, with a focus on what has value to the organisation.

What you'll bring to the role

Experience in an equivalent role delivering and supporting a SailPoint implementation where the breadth and practical use of the skills listed below have been demonstrated. You will also have experience and an understanding of general Identity and Access Management concepts including the drivers for delivery of and investment in Identity Governance and Administration capabilities.

To be successful in the role you will have: Technical skills in multiple technical areas, including:

• Implementation and maintenance of Identity Governance and Administration Solutions (SailPoint Identity Security Cloud or Identity IQ)
• Strong experience with the deployment of lifecycle management, role management and identity governance capabilities.
• Experience in SailPoint connector deployment and development within product guidelines.
• Knowledge of ITIL framework and change control process
• Ability to work in a virtual team environment with a capacity to prioritise and manage tasks and issues effectively
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills across all levels of the organisation, from technical teams to senior stakeholders.
