The Star Brisbane is seeking passionate hospitality leaders who are wanting to join The Star Grand Hotel as an Assistant Front Office Manager.

Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading daily Front Office operations, ensuring every guest receives exceptional service from arrival through to departure. You will inspire and develop a high-performing team, drive service excellence, and oversee operational performance while identifying opportunities to enhance the guest experience and maximise revenue.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous supervisory experience in a Front Office, Reservations, or customer service environment.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a guest-first mindset.
• Proficiency in hotel property management systems (Opera PMS and Opera Cloud) and Microsoft Office applications.
• Multilingual skills and experience within a luxury or five-star hotel setting highly regarded.
