About the Role 

As a Member Services Assistant, you will support the seamless day-to-day experience of Members and guests from pre arrival through to departure. Acting as the Club’s central point of contact, you will coordinate reservations, enquiries, and services across golf, dining, and accommodation while ensuring exceptional attention to detail. 

In this diverse and rewarding role, you will serve as a concierge, administrative support, and key liaison between departments to maintain smooth communication and efficient operations. 

Success in this role requires a professional approach, strong attention to detail, initiative, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Provide a warm and professional welcome to Members and guests 
• Manage reservations and coordinate services across departments 
• Act as a concierge and key point of contact for Member enquiries and requests 
• Support day-to-day operations through effective communication and organisation 
• Deliver exceptional service while maintaining the Club’s high standards of professionalism and discretion 
• Anticipate Member needs and assist in resolving requests efficiently and thoughtfully 

About You 

We are looking for someone who is: 

• Professional, polished, and service-oriented 
• A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills 
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail 
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to work collaboratively within a team environment 
• Passionate about creating memorable guest experiences 

Preferred Experience 

• Previous experience in hospitality, luxury service, tourism, or private club environments 
• Experience in customer-facing or concierge-style roles 
• Strong administration and coordination skills
