What your day might look like:

• Lead and manage client relationships, delivering exceptional advice and service outcomes
• Conduct progressive client reviews and develop tailored financial solutions
• Prepare and deliver complex financial advice strategies, supported by a multidisciplinary team of more than 20 specialists
• Oversee investment analysis, portfolio construction, and asset management
• Advise on wealth accumulation, estate planning, tax minimisation, and asset protection
• Collaborate with specialists across the firm to coordinate and project manage all aspects of clients' financial affairs
• Contribute to business growth through networking, relationship management, and business development initiatives

What makes you 'just right':

• A degree in Commerce, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline
• At least 5 years' experience in financial planning, wealth management, or a similar advisory environment
• A demonstrated passion for mentoring, coaching, and developing high-performing teams
• Exceptional client relationship skills, with strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Xplan
