Nursing Team Leader

We’re hiring – Nursing Team Leader
Arrow Health is looking for an experienced and motivated Nursing Team Leader to join our multidisciplinary team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a nurse who is passionate about alcohol and other drug (AOD) treatment, mental health and recovery-focused care, and who is ready to take the next step in their leadership journey.
The role will provide day-to-day clinical leadership and support to our nursing team, promoting high standards of care, clinical governance, professional development and a positive, collaborative team culture.
We’re looking for someone who brings:
* Strong clinical nursing skills and sound clinical judgement* An interest or experience in AOD and/or mental health* Emerging or established leadership capability* A supportive, approachable and accountable leadership style* A passion for developing others and improving clinical practice
