About the role:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of strata properties, including budgeting, maintenance and repairs, and meetings.
• Provide advice and service to clients based on accurate analysis of a wide range of real and perceived concerns about property and other issues. 
• Ensure compliance with strata legislation and bylaws.
• Coordinate with property owners, tenants, and contractors to ensure timely and effective resolution of issues.
• Prepare and present reports to committees.
• Organise and facilitate strata committee meetings and general meetings.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for the portfolio.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
• Assist with the training and development of Strata Assistants. 
• Working as part of the strata services team.

About You:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in strata management.
• Hold relevant Strata License and certifications.
• Strong knowledge of strata and sympathetic industry legislation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lead and develop team members.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
