About the Role

As a Casual General Medical Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality, patient-centred care across a variety of acute medical wards. You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, evidence-based care to patients with a diverse range of medical conditions.

About You

• Recent experience working in General Medical wards within an acute hospital setting
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Confident managing patients with a broad range of acute medical conditions
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable, adaptable, and patient-focused
• Committed to delivering safe, high-quality nursing care

Essential Requirements

• Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
• Minimum 12 months recent General Medical nursing experience
• Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Current Victorian Working with Children Check (WWCC)
• Current vaccination records and serology evidence in line with hospital requirements, including annual Influenza vaccination
