The Role - Assistant Property Manager

Join the team at Assemble Sydney as our Assistant Property Manager, where you'll help create an exceptional experience for residents from their very first enquiry through to everyday living. In this role, you will:

Support the resident journey from enquiry through to move-in and beyond.Respond to resident and prospect enquiries via phone, email and online platforms.Process applications, prepare lease documentation and maintain accurate records.Assist with lease renewals and day-to-day property management administration.Coordinate and monitor maintenance requests, ensuring timely follow-up.Provide exceptional customer service by resolving resident enquiries and supporting digital platforms.Work closely with the onsite team to deliver a welcoming, connected community.Contribute to leasing and occupancy targets through a proactive, resident-first approach.

This is a 12-month fixed-term opportunity, concluding in September 2027.

To Be Successful, You'll Bring

Experience in property management, residential leasing, Build-to-Rent, real estate or a customer-focused role.Strong administration and organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail.A proactive mindset and the ability to confidently manage competing priorities.Confidence using property management systems, CRM platforms and the Microsoft Office Suite.Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (VIC) - essential. Unrestricted Australian working rights and a valid National Police Check.
