We're looking for a reliable, hands-on Warehouse Assistant to join our close-knit team at our Ringwood location on a casual basis — working alongside our Warehouse Supervisor to keep orders flowing accurately and on time.

This is a genuine ground-floor role. You'll start casual, learning our operation from the ground up under an experienced Warehouse Supervisor who'll show you the ropes. For someone reliable who's keen to prove themselves, there's real potential to grow into part-time or full-time work as we continue to grow.

Casual hours are flexible across Monday to Friday, with plenty more work available during our busy December–February peak.

●      Pay: Award wage + superannuation (casual rate, includes casual loading)

●      Hours: Flexible casual shifts, Monday to Friday

●      Reports to: Warehouse Supervisor

What you'll do

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment where teamwork, accuracy, and energy are valued. To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:

●      Pick products for online orders

●      Pack orders ready for dispatch

●      Book parcels for courier collection

●      Unpack, check and sort incoming supplier deliveries

●      Help assemble our manufactured products

●      Keep the warehouse organised, clean and safe

●      Handle basic warehouse administration and inventory tasks

●      Support the Warehouse Supervisor with daily workflows

●      Lend a hand to our retail and admin teams when needed

What we're looking for

You'll bring:

●      A reliable, punctual and positive approach

●      Physical fitness for an active, hands-on role (standing, lifting, moving stock)

●      Good attention to detail and pride in accurate work

●      A willingness to learn and to use initiative

●      Good communication and a friendly, team-first attitude

●      Good computer literacy

Previous picking, packing or warehouse experience, retail experience, or familiarity with PC and Mac computers are all a bonus, but not essential. If you've got the right attitude, we'll teach you the rest.
