We're looking for an experienced Store Manager with 2+ years of leadership experience, to take ownership of a high-performing store in the heart of the CBD.

You'll thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, driving sales, achieving KPIs, and creating exceptional customer experiences. Strong leadership, safety focus, commercial thinking, and visual merchandising skills are key. As the Store Manager, you're the driving force behind maximising sales, ensuring seamless operations, and fostering a positive, engaging atmosphere for your team. To thrive here, you should ideally have: 

• 2+ years retail management experience. 
• A track record of leading by example and delivering top-tier customer service. 
• The ability to motivate and inspire your team. 
• Confidence in managing a diverse range of personalities. 
• Strong skills in training, driving floor sales, and achieving results. 
• Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, store security, and basic financial reporting.
