We're looking for a commercially minded Sales Excellence Business Partner to help drive business performance by partnering closely with sales leaders and cross-functional teams across Australia.

In this role, you'll combine data, commercial insights, and stakeholder engagement to support better decision-making, improve sales processes, and enhance the effectiveness of our sales organization. You'll play a key role in sales performance reporting, sales incentive management, CRM adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Partner with business leaders to provide insights that support commercial performance and decision-making.
• Analyze sales performance, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting that help leaders make informed business decisions.
• Coordinate the quarterly Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) process, ensuring targets and incentive calculations are accurate and delivered on time.
• Support sales leaders in improving CRM adoption, data quality, and pipeline management practices.
• Champion best practices across sales processes, reporting, and performance management.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Data, and other business functions to deliver continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support the rollout of new tools, systems, and sales enablement initiatives that improve the effectiveness of the sales organization.

About You

You're an analytical and collaborative professional who enjoys solving business problems and influencing decisions through data. You're comfortable working with stakeholders across different functions and can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

You'll Bring

• Experience in Sales Operations, Sales Excellence, Commercial Excellence, Commercial Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Performance, or a similar commercial support role.
• Strong understanding of sales performance metrics, pipeline management, and forecasting.
• Experience analysing business data and presenting insights that support decision-making.
• Strong Excel skills and experience working with reporting and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience using Salesforce or another CRM platform to support sales performance and data quality.
• Experience managing projects or continuous improvement initiatives across multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in a complex, matrix organization.
• Experience supporting sales incentive programs or commercial performance initiatives.
• ERP system knowledge.
• Experience within B2B technology, industrial, engineering, or manufacturing organizations.
• Experience identifying opportunities to incorporate AI and digital technologies into sales processes, reporting, forecasting, and operational excellence initiatives.
