As a FIFO Storeperson at Gruyere, you'll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly by managing inventory, receiving and dispatching goods, and ensuring critical parts and materials are readily available. You'll be part of a close-knit and professional team, working together to support site productivity and maintain efficient supply chain processes.

Key responsibilities:

• Maintain a high standard of housekeeping in the warehouse, yard and outbuildings.
• Ensure cost effective and efficient operation of the warehouse.
• Receive and dispatch stock entering and exiting the site.
• Carry out tasks as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Actively participate and contribute to the continuous improvement and innovation of Thiess work practices.

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

• Prior Storeperson/supply Officer experience working in a production mine site environment
• Ability to interpret maintenance parts as well as knowledge of other mine site consumables
• High Risk Work Licence - LF
• Australian Drivers Licence - Minimum C Class
• Computer Literacy - Microsoft office
• Experience with JDE systems preferable
• Strong numeracy and literacy skills
• Excellent communication skills.
• Highly motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Good knowledge and ability to follow work health & safety procedures and policies
