Looking for an entry level FIFO mining job that actually leads somewhere? Niche Resources is hiring entry level Drillers Offsiders (Drillers Assistants / trade assistants) for surface and underground rigs on 2/1, 3/1 and 4/2 FIFO rosters across WA.

Our fast-track traineeship routes will allow you to become a qualified driller in no time! Start next week or kick off the new year with a new FIFO mining career that will take you all over the state, country, and world if you desire.

At Niche Resources, we gain you entry into paid traineeships, competitive weekly pay, and a salary range of up to $125,000 - $135,000 per year. You can earn up to and over $180k once you complete the two-year traineeship.

This program supports you in obtaining all the required tickets, including your truck licence! So that you're job-ready from day one. What you get

You will:

• Do the heavy lifting and labouring that keeps the rig turning
• Work long days in heat, dust and mud
• Learn from your driller every shift and take real steps toward your traineeship

If you enjoy hard work, being outdoors and being part of a tight crew, you will thrive. If you do not, this will not suit you.

What we require:

• Current Australian C Class drivers licence (no P plates)
• Fit, healthy and ready to do the hard yards
• Willing to commit to a highly paid 2 year traineeship
• Currently in WA or with a real, thought through plan to relocate

What we would love to see:

• Experience around drill rigs, mining, or FIFO in any capacity
• Farming, construction, trades or other heavy labour background
• Current National Police Clearance
• HR licence (HR-B ok) or working toward it
