About the Role

As a valued member of our team, you will be involved in:

• Cutting, trimming, and preparing a wide variety of premium meat products

• Maintaining the highest standards of product quality and presentation

• Ensuring a clean, safe, and organised work environment

• Providing friendly, knowledgeable service and advice to our customers

• Supporting day-to-day operations in a busy retail butchery

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A qualification in butchering or a genuine interest in commencing an apprenticeship

• Previous experience in a butcher shop and meat processing except apprentice position

• A strong eye for detail and commitment to quality

• Excellent teamwork and communication skills

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Willingness to obtain an RSA Certification
