Administration Assistant

The Opportunity:

Hooper Accountants currently have a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Administration Assistant to join our Toowoomba Team. 

At Hooper Accountants, you’ll work alongside a passionate and experienced team dedicated to delivering outstanding service to a diverse range of clients.

Key responsibilities include:

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a diverse range of duties, including but not limited to;

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients

• Managing ASIC corporate compliance, including company set up and preparation and lodgement of ASIC forms

• Maintenance of accurate corporate records and statutory registers

• Liaising with the ATO

• General administrative duties, including work in, client correspondence, filing and document management

About you:

• Previous experience in a corporate administration or compliance support role preferred

• Comprehensive computer skills required

• Experience with ASIC corporate compliance preferred

• Knowledge of Xero, or similar accounting software advantageous

• High degree of professionalism, including confidentiality and discretion

• Ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
