About the role

Supagas is welcoming applications for full time Customer Service Officer's to join our team. You’ll be the first point of contact for new and existing LPG & Bulk Commercial & Domestic customers, providing professional and friendly support. Specifically, you’ll handle activities such as order processing, payment management, account reconciliation, pricing and administration. 

Experience Required: 

• Proven experience in an inbound call centre environment, managing high call volumes.
• Highly developed telephone communication skills when engaging with customers, stakeholders and staff, always maintaining a customer first approach. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications such as Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
• Flexibility. This office-based role requires two rotating shifts: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM and 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• The skill to multi-task and work effectively across various programs and platforms, simultaneously. 
• A self-starter attitude with robust organizational skills, able to operate both independently and in a team environment.
