Medical Receptionist

Our clinic brings together experienced GPs, allied health professionals, and onsite pathology to support a wide range of services including general practice, chronic disease management, and preventative care.

We are seeking a friendly, organised, and proactive Medical Receptionist to join our team.

As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming patient experience while supporting the day-to-day operations of the clinic.

• Previous reception or customer service experience (medical preferred)
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, reliable, and patient-focused

We are looking for someone who is passionate about patient care and thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

You will ideally have:

• Previous experience in medical reception or a similar customer service role
• Knowledge of Best Practice software (highly regarded)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment
• Professional presentation and a patient-focused attitude
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology (preferred)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office systems
