Field Service Coordinator (mechanical) - South APAC

In this role, you will play a key part to support critical service delivery across Intralox business in South APAC. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, building strong relationships, and helping deliver high-quality service experience for customers.
Core ResponsibilitiesCustomer Interaction: Provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure service quality.Scheduling & Dispatch: Allocate technicians based on skills and location; handle urgent requests and optimize routes.Work Order Management: Update service records and approve timesheets.Service Support: Coordinate tools, spares, and logistics for repairs and maintenance.Compliance & Records: Maintain technician credentials, permits, and insurance documentation.Reporting & Asset Tracking: Prepare periodic service reports and maintain equipment databases.Team Coordination: Organize internal meetings and events.
Qualifications & Experience3+ years of experience in technical services coordination, service operations, dispatch, scheduling, logistics coordination, or a similar role.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholder needs.Clear and confident communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Experience using service management systems, such as Dynamics, or the ability to quickly learn new digital tools.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to stay calm and effective when handling urgent requests.Familiarity with compliance documentation, technician records, permits, or safety standards will be highly regarded.
