Senior Human Resource Business Partner

We currently have one (1) permanent full-time position available for immediate filling.

About the Role

Join our Human Resources Business Partnering team and play a key role in delivering strategic, customer-focused HR solutions that support our leaders and workforce. As part of a dynamic team, you will provide expert advice across a broad range of HR functions while building strong partnerships with stakeholders to drive positive people outcomes.

To succeed in this position, you will bring:

• Demonstrated experience delivering complex HR services in a senior HR role.

• Proven capability in managing employee relations matters and workplace investigations.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex issues and provide practical, risk-based advice.

• Excellent communication, consultation and relationship-building skills.

• A proactive and collaborative approach to business partnering.

Eligibility To Apply
