Paralegal

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our Litigation Team in Perth. This is an exciting opportunity work alongside an experienced and supportive team.

You will play an integral role in managing legal matters across multiple jurisdictions throughout Australia.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Drafting and filing legal documents, including claims and judgments across all Australian jurisdictions.

• Managing legal files from referral including reviewing matters, monitoring progress and maintaining accurate file records.

• Liaising and negotiating with customers and their representatives to achieve practical commercial outcomes.

• Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure matters are progressed efficiently and effectively.

• Contributing to a positive, professional and high-performing team environment.
